John Brown Referral

Specific Situation Reported: Reporter states client’s daughter, Janice Brown, recently moved to the area to be closer to her father. Her father prior to now has had a marginal existence because he’s on a limited income and he takes a number of prescribed medications. Now that his daughter is here he has received cut-off notices on his utilities and he has been seen digging through the dumpsters behind one of the local restaurants looking for food. The caller believes that hid daughter is taking his money and that’s why client can no longer make it on his income. Ms. Brown has a history of drug-related crimes.
